After
over 20 years of perfecting our BBQ technique and
recipe, it’s a pleasure to finally be able to
invite you to our new location on the west side of
St. Charles, IL. Come out and try our award-winning
Baked Beans (Voted # 1-2002 State Cookoffs/Shannon,
IL) or go straight for the BBQ!! We offer delicious
'real wood smoked' Beef Brisket, Loin-Back Ribs, pulled
Pork, Chicken, Turkey and Sausage. Our BBQ is slow
smoked for hours until it's perfect and is then coated
with Hopper's Famous Rollin' BBQ sauce. See if you
can taste the rollin' Sweet, Tart, and Spicy finish
that make it "one of a kind." Not in the
mood for BBQ? We offer a selection of non-BBQ favorites
that includes mouth watering appetizers, juicy burgers,
and savory sandwiches. There's something for everyone!
You may have seen us before, cookin' up a storm at
the Windmill in Fabyan Park (Batavia/Geneva, IL).
We've spent many sleepless nights cookin' in the park
so that we could serve it up hot and tender the next
day. Our nights in the park may be less frequent but
the quality of our BBQ is still the best in town!
Finally, you can get your BBQ fix 7 days a week!!
Stop in and git’ cozy! We can’t guarantee
that it will be as warm as Texas but we can promise
you that the cookin’ and good ol’ Southern
